Herman H. "Hoody" Stone, 89, of Pueblo passed away on August 8, 2017. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years Kay Stone; parents Greenberry and Anna Stone and three siblings. Hoody was a hardworking man of few words. Similar to his work ethic, he was meticulous in life and with all passions dear to him. He loved his children- especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Hoody was an intellectual of many things and loved to talk on the phone to friends. He had a passion for horses and basketball. GO...

Herman H. "Hoody" Stone, 89, of Pueblo passed away on August 8, 2017. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years Kay Stone; parents Greenberry and Anna Stone and three siblings. Hoody was a hardworking man of few words. Similar to his work ethic, he was meticulous in life and with all passions dear to him. He loved his children- especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Hoody was an intellectual of many things and loved to talk on the phone to friends. Hoody is survived by his three children Kathy (Tom) Kelley, Karla (John) Gordon and Pete (Debbie) Stone; grandchildren Charla (Wylie) Wellborn, Cole (Sandy) Gibbs, Danny Ray Lazzarini, Kyle (Lisa) Lazzarini, Chance Stone and Tennille Stone; seven great grandchildren and one on the way; and his dog Molly. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 10:00am at the Imperial Funeral Home Chapel with Inurnment to follow.
